TURAB
Levantine cuisine and wines
TURAB is the Arabic word for earth – the soil from which plants grow and from which our ingredients are sourced. It shapes the flavour, quality and character of a landscape. It is the origin of this project.
TURAB is a venue dedicated to Eastern Mediterranean culinary culture in Berlin-Neukölln. The focus is on dishes whose recipes have been collected, preserved and refined over many years by friends and family.
The dishes are created with time, experience and care. They are accompanied by special wines, primarily from France – from small producers, from lesser-known regions and often produced in limited quantities.
